As the Director of Strategy and Operations at Fulcrum Lending Corporation, Justin brings experience from his decade long career in the financial industry. Formally, Justin was a financial group investment banker at Piper Sandler where he advised on numerous buy-side and sell-side M&A deals totaling over $5.7Bn in transaction value and multiple debt and equity transactions which raised over $1.0Bn. Justin also spent multiple years of his career at Citigroup in roles as a strategic internal consultant working directly with the board of directors, and most recently as a senior vice president responsible for DFAST regulatory requirements with oversight over portions of the bank's recovery plan and CCAR submission.

Justin graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management while on the varsity rowing team
