As the Chief Investment Officer of Fulcrum Lending Corporation, Richard leads all investment and capital markets activities for the platform. Richard is a seasoned commercial real estate debt professional with diverse experiences across securitized credit (CMBS and CLO) investing, direct lending, loan servicing, and asset management over a career that spans multiple credit cycles and over $95 billion in transactions. Most recently, Richard led the private real estate credit platform for Liberty Mutual Investments where he committed over $1.5 Billion into debt fund and direct investments across 15 platforms. He has also held several senior roles within institutional real estate credit firms, including, KKR, AEW, Starwood (LNR), and Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds.

Richard graduated from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Economics, Real Estate and Finance.
