As the Director of Capital Markets at Fulcrum Lending Corporation, Zach spearheads all originations while working closely with the CEO and CIO to oversee and manage new and existing relationships with the firm’s strategic partners and capital providers. Beginning his career working for a private developer on both SFR and commercial projects, Zach gained valuable asset valuation and underwriting knowledge that he utilizes daily having an understanding of both credit and equity investment. Zach is a member of the founding team and has underwrote in excess of $4B since the inception of the platform.

Zach holds a B.A. from Kenyon College where he studied Political Science and played Varsity Baseball.
